Typos, formatting fixes and other changes that do not affect meaning are made without a public note, though the article’s last-modified date is still updated.
Corrections
Factual errors, including misattributed quotes, incorrect figures or misidentified people, are corrected with a dated note appended to the article explaining what was wrong and what changed.
